  • Final sale items, including clearance and promotional merchandise, cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Navigate to your order history and select the items you wish to return.
  3. Follow the prompts to generate a return label.
  4. Pack your return securely, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please place a new order online and return the original item for a refund.
